These terms apply to the use of solarhope.site and to services provided by Solar Hope, Office 447, 4th Floor, Grand Square Mall, Lahore. By using this website or ordering our services you agree to them.
1. Quotations
Quotations are based on information supplied by the customer and a site survey. Prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation and may change with market rates of equipment.
2. Orders and payment
Work begins after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance. The remaining payment schedule is stated in the quotation. Delayed payments may delay delivery and installation.
3. Installation
The customer must provide safe access to the site, roof and electrical connections. Extra work caused by site conditions not disclosed earlier may be charged separately.
4. Warranty
- Panels, inverters and batteries carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repair, lightning, flooding or physical damage.
- Workmanship is covered for the period stated in your agreement.
5. Performance estimates
Energy output and savings figures are estimates. Actual results depend on weather, shading, usage, grid conditions and maintenance.
6. Net metering
We assist with net metering applications, but approval and timelines are decided by the electricity distribution company and relevant authorities.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Orders may be cancelled before equipment is ordered or work begins. After that, costs already incurred for equipment and labor are not refundable.
8. Limitation of liability
Solar Hope is not liable for indirect losses or damage arising from events outside our reasonable control, including power outages, grid faults and natural disasters.
9. Privacy
We use the details you give us only to respond to your inquiry and deliver our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.
